But Sam had a dream and a secret recipe: offer the very best local sea- food available and serve it with friendly, fast ser- vice at reasonable prices. Lines soon formed and Sam's fast became a Cape Cod tradition. 30 plus years later, Sam's recipe hasn't changed. As three of those original six employees, we now own and operate Sam's restaurants, and we remain com- mitted to Sam's dream. We've just added a few seats. 6 Coast Guard Rd., Sandwich, Map E-4, 508 888-4629; 356 Palmer Ave., Rt. 28, Falmouth, Map H-2, 508 540-7877; 3006 Rt. 28, So.
