ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS
The Academy of Performing Arts at 120 Main Street has been a mainstay in Orleans
for many years. The building was built in 1873 and served as the town hall until it
became a theater. The Academy is a true community theater, welcoming all to enjoy
the productions, and to get involved with them by acting, singing, dancing, build-
ing, painting or by simply enjoying the show. Our mission is to be an innovative the-
atrical venue for hands-on learning, creativity, and entertainment. We welcome you
