ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS
The Academy of Performing Arts at 120 Main Street has been a mainstay in Orleans
for many years. The building was built in 1873 and served as the town hall until
it became a theater. The Academy is a true community theater, welcoming all to
enjoy the productions and to get involved with them by acting, singing, dancing,
building, painting, or simply enjoying the show. Our mission is to be an innovative
theatrical venue for hands-on learning, creativity, and entertainment. We welcome
you all with open arms. 120 Main Street, Orleans academyplayhouse.org 508-255-
