Sitting along the coast in the town of Chilmark,MenemshaHills is the Vineyard's second highest point on the island and offers visitors unparalleled and spectacular views of the Vineyard Sound. Along the hillside, you will experience beautiful trails and wind-swept trees. Once the sun dips down, it unleashes a fiery burst of colors that engulfs the entire coastline creating the perfect backdrop showcasing nature's nightly performance. BoatMeadowBeach is one of Eastham's nine public bay beaches. This spot, unlike the others, sits on top of a grassy marsh and shallow waters. Along the shore, you will notice boats doting all along the coastline, hence where the name derived from. This is also a perfect area to launch your kayak, with the calm waters and open view of the bay, once the sky finally unleashes the soft hues of orange, pink, and gold, this place offers a front-row seat to one of Cape Cod's most breathtaking views. Based in the lower part of the cape, NausetBeach is one of Orlean's most reputable beaches. This strip of beach covers 10 miles along the eastern coastline of Cape Cod from Nauset Bay to the mouth of Chatham Harbor. This beach is a popular pick among many beachgoers, not only for the soft sand and wonderful refreshing water but also for the amazing views. Assisted by the sandy dunes, the wisps of gold and pink truly create a place of awe and is a must-see destination. MayflowerBeach can be found in the charming town of Dennis, it is one of the more famous ones we have here on the cape. This beach welcomes thousands of visitors every year with its expansive shoreline during low tide and extends for what seems like miles of tidal flats that are unique, creating the perfect scene for any visitor. Once the sky is exposed to the soft colors of red, pink, and purple it will mesmerize all who come, creating one of Cape Cod's most beautiful and unique settings. This has been only but a sliver of sunset venues on the cape, there are plenty more places left to be explored. The beauty of Cape Cod expands all over from the marshy beaches of Sandwich to the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. I encourage all who read not only to visit these lovely spectacles of nature but to go out and find your own and create everlasting memories.
