The Provincetown Art Association & Museum show in Provincetown will present a trumpet summit featur- ing Steve Ahern, Mark Greel and, having performed at Boston's Symphony Hall with his band on multiple oc- casions, Johnny Souza making his Provincetown Jazz Festival debut. All three will grace the stage to perform trumpet and vocals individually and together with Ron Ormsby on bass, Fred Boyle on piano and Bart Weis- man on drums. Since 2005 the festival has presented jazz musicians from around the world. The Cotuit Center For The Arts show will welcome two additional internationally ac- claimed jazz greats to the list and feature a Cape Cod jazz singer. After having performed with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, as well as headlining at The Blue Note, the Kennedy Center, the New Orleans Jazz Festival and live on Garrison Keillor's Prairie Home Com- panion Radio Program, identical twins Peter and Will Anderson hailed by The New York Times as "virtuosos on clarinet and saxophone" will make their Provinc- etown Jazz Festival debut. Joining them will be Fred Boyle on piano, Ron Ormsby on bass and Bart Weis- man on drums. Also making her Provincetown Jazz Festival debut will be versatile Cape Cod-based vocalist Leslie Boyle with Alan Clinger on guitar, Fred Boyle on piano, Ron Ormsby on bass and Bart Weisman on drums. Tickets are $30 per concert and a portion of the pro- ceeds from the festival are donated to the Jazz in the Schools Program on Cape Cod as well as to other wor- thy causes.
